This policy explains how Appscrafter ("we") handles information submitted through ctms.website. It covers this website only. How patient data is handled inside a CTMS installation is governed by the agreement with each clinic.

Information we collect

When you request a demo or proposal, we collect the details you enter: your name, clinic name, work email, and optionally your phone number, number of branches, role and message. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your request, arrange a demo and discuss CTMS with you. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may process technical data such as IP addresses as part of delivering their services.

Stored preferences

Your language, theme and currency choices are saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@appscrafter.com.
